Course Overview:
In this course, participants will explore a complex, real-world case study involving third party participation, shifting party roles, and ethical challenges in a court-referred mediation case. Through this case, mediators will examine key ethical dilemmas and will engage in guided reflection and discussion questions on best practices for maintaining mediator ethics and managing similar situations in their own work.
