The Honorable Michael Joseph Holleran

Michael J. Holleran began his term on the Fairfax County General District Court bench on August 1, 2022. He was elected as Chief Judge effective January 1, 2024. He had regularly served as a substitute judge in Fairfax County since 2009. Mike spent 35 years in private practice with the firm of Walton & Adams, P.C. in Reston, Virginia. He is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and the William and Mary School of Law.

The Honorable Susan Friedlander Earman

Susan Earman has been a Presiding Judge of the Fairfax General District Court since 2019. She served as a substitute judge for Arlington County from 2012 to 2019. Prior to taking the bench, she worked alongside her father and uncle for 25 years in their family law firm, Friedlander, Friedlander & Earman P.C., focusing on civil litigation with a concentration in land use and real estate

The Honorable Tina Snee

Hon. Tina Snee was appointed to the Fairfax County General District Court July 2015 and previously served as a substitute judge from 2013-2015. She established and is the Presiding Judge over the Fairfax County Behavioral Health Docket and Compliance / Competency Dockets. Her legal career spanned twenty-eight years focused mainly on civil litigation for both plaintiff and defense in the trial and appellate courts of Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. She has long resided in Fairfax County with her family and has been active in community and law related activities.
