If a participant cancels their registration, the refund amount will depend on the timing of the cancellation. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of registration, a refund will be issued minus a 5% fee to cover third-party merchant and administrative costs. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the training, a 65% cancellation fee applies. If cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the training, a 25% cancellation fee applies. No refund will be given if no notice of cancellation is provided. If NVMS Conflict Resolution Center cancels the training for any reason, all participants will receive a full refund of any payments made. Alternatively, participants may choose to apply the amount paid as credit toward future training.
