Gina D’Andrea Weatherup is on a mission to help leaders build happier workspaces. As a trained mediator, Gina specializes in engaging groups who need to build consensus, holding triage sessions with co-leaders in conflict, and consulting on workplace conflict and happiness.
Gina has over 20 years’ professional experience with the federal government, non-profits, and small businesses, with almost a decade working directly with healthcare providers and health insurance companies. Before starting her private practice Chantilly Mediation and Facilitation, her roles have ranged from community organizer to discrimination complaints processor to digital marketing freelancer.
