Nathalie H. Thompson, MA, SPHR, PCC is a VA Supreme Court Certified Mentor Mediator, professional facilitator and leadership coach with extensive experience in group facilitation, coaching, team development, training design, development and delivery. Her expertise includes:

Nathalie has mediated cases in the workplace, court and school systems. She has also developed and designed conflict resolution course such as: Managing Difficult Conversations, CourageUS Dialogue©, Preventing and Resolving Workplace Conflict, Mediating in The Workplace, Mediating Your Own Conflicts, and Civility in the Workplace.  

 

An experienced training course designer, she has designed and facilitated leadership meetings and training programs for thousands of managers and executives in the Communications, Hospitality, Higher Education, Government, Outplacement and other industries. International facilitation experience includes: China, Armenia, Thailand, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, Mexico and the Caribbean. Clients include: Fairfax County Government, Marriott International, Montgomery College, Northern Virginia Mediation Services, and Archdiocese of Washington D.C., Right Management Consultants, the Bozutto Group, and the Department of Veteran Affairs (with Peninsula Consulting). 

 

Nathalie also provides one-on-one and team coaching to help clients develop leadership competency, resolve conflicts and improve team performance. Through conversation, self-observation, feedback, assessments and behavioral actions she helps clients better understand their styles of management/leadership, conflict and communication to achieve their desired goals. She is also a Master Trainer of Franklin Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, conducts train-the-Trainer programs and delivers the program regularly in the U.S. and internationally.
